Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director role is onsite in Madison, WI, with an annual salary range of $75,000–$100,000. The director serves as YWCA Madison’s primary HR resource, supporting its mission to eliminate racism, empower women, and promote peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. As a solo HR leader, this role builds and administers HR systems and policies, advises leadership on employee relations and organizational needs, and supports compliant, equitable employment practices. It oversees workforce planning, investigations, performance management, and payroll and benefits administration managed by an external vendor.
