What you'll do

• Manage weekly tuition billing, payments, and collection of outstanding balances
• communicate with parents about declined payments and past-due accounts
• maintain family account records
• assist with new-family enrollment, paperwork, account setup, payment information, and orientation
• prepare reports
• protect confidential information
• provide phone, filing, data-entry, and front-desk support.
