The Lead Carpenter, Kitchen and Bath Remodeling role is onsite in Olney, MD. Pay is $35 per hour. The role supports Kitchen Tune-Up’s Operations department, which transforms kitchens and bathrooms into functional spaces with minimal downtime. After a six-week onboarding period, the lead installer manages installations with minimal oversight. The role exists to lead remodeling work, maintain precise workmanship and efficient jobsite operations, and deliver a positive client experience.

What you'll do

• Lead kitchen remodeling projects, including cabinet installation, refacing, and finishing
• lead bathroom remodeling projects, including waterproofing, tile, showers, bathtubs, and vanities
• lead carpentry projects such as built-ins, trim, molding, and fireplace surrounds
• manage jobsite setup, workflow, and completion
• communicate with clients
• train installers
• troubleshoot onsite issues
• maintain records and organize tools and materials.
