The technician maintains and troubleshoots building automation, air-handling, and dust-collection systems, and supports equipment upgrades and facility projects. This work helps sustain facility operations and contributes to site compliance, reliability, and continuous improvement goals.

What you'll do

• Perform wiring and terminations on air-handling equipment and control devices
• monitor and troubleshoot the building automation system
• install devices, wiring, and panels
• execute preventive maintenance and performance checks
• update drawings
• coordinate contractors on site projects
• provide technical support and contribute to continuous improvement
• support SOP, change-control, validation, and qualification documentation
• complete work orders and inspections.
