What you'll do

• Communicate with existing customers and prospects
• qualify leads and schedule follow-ups
• prepare technical proposals, quotes, and RFP/RFQ responses
• maintain prospect and customer records in Zoho CRM
• coordinate sales activities and event preparation
• assist with product presentations, demonstrations, and training
• compile sales reports.
