What you'll do

• Prepare, review, correct, and submit medical claims
• resolve claim edits, rejections, and billing barriers
• monitor unbilled accounts and accounts receivable
• follow up with payers on unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims
• prepare appeals and corrected claims
• identify denial trends and root causes
• document account activity
• recommend process improvements
• support staff onboarding, training, and mentoring.
