What you'll do

• Maintain and review appointment calendars
• prepare and distribute appointment information
• keep ready-to-go folders and health records current
• communicate appointment outcomes to residential and nursing staff
• enter follow-up appointments and consults
• fill in for medical transporters and direct support professionals
• maintain medication certification and track medication administration
• provide direct care and documentation when covering shifts.
