Deployment Technician

What you'll do

• Manage the Deployment queue
• review sales orders for accuracy and viability and prioritize and schedule deployments
• stage hardware with current images, software, firmware, and drivers
• maintain shipping materials and small-parts inventory
• perform equipment cleaning, preparation, bench assembly/disassembly, and low-level electrical and mechanical assembly
• maintain deployment processes and procedures
• coordinate with Inventory
• maintain customer records
• coordinate shipping and UPS pickups
• conduct quality assurance checks
• update tickets with staging and shipping information
• keep the work area organized and safe
• cross-train with Inventory and Hardware Support.
