What you'll do

• Lead and develop the accounting team
• oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, GAAP compliance, reconciliations, and month-end close
• direct audit and tax processes
• collaborate on budgeting and financial planning
• monitor budget performance and variances
• maintain financial controls, policies, and reporting systems
• advise leadership on compliance and financial risks.
