Associate Maintenance Technician — Night Shift

The Associate Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Germantown, WI, working the AWS night shift from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Base pay is $27.50 per hour, with additional pay based on experience. The technician supports Gehl Foods’ manufacturing equipment and production operations. Working under supervision, the technician performs basic repairs and routine maintenance, helps troubleshoot equipment issues, and supports the team’s efforts to maintain equipment operation and minimize downtime.

What you'll do

• Assist with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• troubleshoot equipment issues and support repairs
• help conduct equipment trial runs
• report equipment issues and safety concerns
• maintain tools, parts inventory, and work logs
• follow safety standards and GMP guidelines
• keep work areas clean and organized.
