What you'll do

• Provide small-group and individualized instruction
• support literacy, math, executive functioning, and social-emotional development
• reinforce Montessori lessons and classroom expectations with the Lead Guide and Montessori Academic Dean
• document student progress
• collaborate with staff and specialists
• communicate with families
• assist with conferences and family engagement activities as needed.
