What you'll do
- Manage Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Windows and macOS systems, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, and Windows Server environments. Support DNS, ADFS, Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, network connectivity, routing, VPN, and firewall issues
- coordinate with network providers
- provide technical support
- assist with security, updates, backups, and infrastructure maintenance
- and track requests using Jira Service Management/Atlassian tools.
