What you'll do

• Oversee projects
• lead quality assurance and quality control for junior staff
• support engineers and guide CAD technicians in technical design
• allocate staff and resources across offices
• manage schedule and budget
• cultivate client relationships
• prepare qualifications, proposals, and contracts
• follow up on invoicing and accounts receivable
• execute the quality control program
• seek new projects and business opportunities.
