The role leads engaging activities for school-aged youth, supports academic success and youth-development outcomes, and maintains a safe, inclusive program environment. It contributes to a quality Club experience through positive guidance, program implementation, supervision, and collaboration with staff, families, schools, and community partners.

What you'll do

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for youth
• provide positive guidance and role modeling
• promote participation
• monitor program quality and grant-funded outcomes
• ensure physical and emotional safety
• supervise members and follow attendance procedures
• administer first aid and complete documentation
• maintain an organized program space
• collaborate with staff, volunteers, families, schools, and community partners.
