Contracts Coordinator

The Contracts Coordinator role is onsite in Oklahoma City, OK, with compensation of $35–$45 per hour. The position supports the agency’s professional services contracting work. This role coordinates the initiation, processing, review, and management of complex contracts so procurements and contract activities meet applicable requirements and support the agency’s mission. It works with business owners, agency units, vendors, and the Professional Services Contracts Manager throughout procurement and contract implementation.

What you'll do

• Assist with developing, writing, processing, and managing professional services contracts
• coordinate procurement submissions with OMES
• conduct procurement processes including market research, agreements, requests for proposals, and invitations to bid
• develop contract documents
• support evaluation and award processes
• monitor deadlines and budgets
• review invoices
• maintain contract records
• respond to open records requests
• communicate contract status and risks to stakeholders
• prepare required reports.
