The role also oversees sales processes, inventory, pricing, lead conversion, forecasting, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

What you'll do

• Lead the new-vehicle sales team toward volume, gross profit, market share, and manufacturer objectives
• oversee the sales process from customer contact through delivery
• desk deals and structure transactions
• coach, develop, recruit, train, and retain sales professionals
• manage inventory, aging, turn, and model mix
• monitor pricing and market conditions
• partner with BDC, digital, and Finance teams
• maintain follow-up on sales opportunities
• forecast performance
• support Subaru programs
• promote customer experience and sales CSI
• ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
