What you'll do

• Draft, proofread, and route correspondence and reports.
• Manage office tracking systems for action items.
• Provide meeting support including minutes and action items.
• Manage office supply inventory and procurement.
• Function as the lead point of contact for conference room scheduling and VTC operations.
• Review policies and procedures for compliance.
• Assist in security administration and facility access control.
• Maintain office records and databases.
• Coordinate responses to periodic reports and tasking.
