What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities
• respond calmly to incidents and medical emergencies according to site protocols
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and wayfinding
• document incidents, observations, and patrol activity and communicate relevant information.
