The Staff Software Technical Program Manager role is onsite or hybrid in Seattle, WA, with a stated base salary range of $165,000–$215,000 per year. RADAR builds a hardware-enabled software and analytics platform for retail inventory visibility, deployed across more than 1,500 stores. The role leads software development, validation, release, and ongoing operations for fleetwide RFID solutions. It coordinates engineering and partner teams, manages risks and production issues, and helps deliver reliable software at scale while supporting customer expectations and cost initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead software development, data governance, and feature programs through requirements, design, pilots, testing, validation, deployment, and sustaining engineering
• create execution plans and remove blockers
• manage risks, dependencies, and workflows
• drive software releases and validation
• coordinate production issue analysis and remediation
• facilitate cross-functional work
• provide stakeholder updates
• support customer relationships and cloud cost reduction initiatives.
