The Bulk Driver, Class A CDL role is onsite in Milpitas, CA, with daily long-haul routes within company regions, including San Diego, Los Angeles, Central Valley, Yuma, or other territories as needed. Compensation is $33–$37 per hour. WestAir distributes industrial, medical, food, and specialty gases. The driver safely transports, delivers, and transfers compressed and liquefied gases to customers or storage sites while following company procedures and Department of Transportation regulations. The role supports reliable customer supply through safe vehicle operation, equipment inspections, accurate reporting, and professional service.

What you'll do

• Drive a tractor-trailer combination to transport and off-load compressed and liquefied gases
• load micro-bulk tanks and fill customer-owned tanks as assigned
• comply with safety procedures and applicable regulations
• report accidents, injuries, safety issues, citations, and customer complaints
• perform pre- and post-trip inspections
• operate equipment according to guidelines
• complete required DOT and company reports
• maintain a clean and professional vehicle and appearance.

Why this role

Requires a valid Class A CDL and current Hazardous Materials endorsement; Tank Vehicle endorsement is required when applicable to assigned equipment, and combination HazMat/Tank endorsement is preferred. Daily long-haul travel is required; occasional overnight or weekend work may be required.
