Site Project Manager

Job overview

The Site Project Manager role is onsite in Hawesville, KY, with annual pay of $80,000–$115,000. Nationwide travel between jobsites may be required, and the position is assigned to a primary jobsite for the project. The role leads IK Systems’ field execution at an assigned construction site, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and other project partners to keep work aligned with schedule, quality, safety, and project requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead daily site operations with the Site Superintendent
• manage schedule, quality, coordination, and productivity
• coordinate with the general contractor, subcontractors, owners, and other trades
• support field and engineering teams
• enforce safety and project requirements
• coordinate materials and site logistics
• and communicate progress, risks, and issues.
