What you'll do

• Answer and route incoming calls
• monitor customer service email and forward purchase orders
• review orders for accuracy, send acknowledgements, and update delivery status in the ERP system
• follow up with vendors and expedite orders as needed
• coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
• maintain customer and vendor data and paperwork
• provide backup support to team members.
