The Medical Assistant – Pediatric Neuroscience role is onsite in Morristown, NJ, with pay of $18–$28 per hour. What you'll do

• Interview patients and record medical history
• confirm visit purpose
• relay messages and return patient calls
• check and clean examination rooms and restock supplies
• prepare physician office notes
• take preliminary measurements and report patient history summaries
• communicate with patients and families
• coordinate schedules and obtain relevant records
• assist with scheduling, charts, forms, and clinical procedures
• perform cognitive and genetic testing
• provide translation as needed
• maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• provide front desk coverage as needed.
