What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain front- and back-of-house team members
• help direct daily operations
• maintain food quality, cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
• oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• assist with labor management, food costs, expenses, and financial performance
• use sales and operational data to support results
• address guest concerns and uphold brand standards.
