Client Manager, Staffing

What you'll do

• Lead intake, qualification, and distribution of requisitions
• manage requisition status and priorities
• submit candidates and coordinate reviews, interviews, preparation, debriefs, and offers
• track pipeline and time-to-fill metrics
• oversee consultant onboarding, assignments, extensions, and offboarding
• monitor program compliance and KPIs
• build client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
