What you'll do

• Call customers to schedule appointments
• obtain information needed for inspections
• enter customer information
• develop geographic daily routes for 10 or more technicians that meet revenue expectations
• answer customer calls to schedule inspections, repairs, and emergency services
• perform filing, faxing, and copying as needed
• communicate with customers, coworkers, and multiple departments.
