What you'll do

• Manage repair projects and support and direct the team as needed
• communicate with homeowners and insurance adjusters
• serve as a secondary client representative
• report revenue, costs, collections, and workload metrics
• collect project payments
• attend weekly work-in-progress meetings
• ensure subcontractor invoices are submitted after work is completed.
