The Senior Growth Operations and Business Development Manager role is hybrid in Burlington, MA, with compensation of $178,300–$230,000 per year, depending on experience. The role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and supports Scientific Systems Company’s Growth and Business Development teams. The manager builds the operating rhythm, tools, and reporting that help the Business Development team focus on winning business. The work combines pipeline and forecast management, reporting, compliance-status tracking, external engagement support, trade-show logistics, and budget and team operations.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards for weekly forecast meetings
• prepare pipeline and forecast materials for leadership
• maintain Salesforce data integrity and hold opportunity owners accountable for timely, accurate records
• gather and compile weekly Growth Report inputs
• track NDA execution and export-compliance milestones and escalate gaps
• coordinate external meeting logistics, clearances, and briefing materials
• track engagement action items
• manage trade-show schedules and logistics
• track Growth and Marketing budgets
• manage the BD team calendar
• process marketing expense reports and qualify and route inbound website leads.
