What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations by applying company policies, procedures, standards, training programs, and cultural expectations
• support the General Manager in developing team members
• supervise shifts and manage operations when the General Manager is absent
• assist with administrative duties, employee evaluations, scheduling, and financial objectives
• maintain communication with the General Manager
• coach and develop Service Managers and employees
• help deliver speed, accuracy, cleanliness, product quality, and hospitality.
