Line Cook — Culinary Operations

Job overview

The Line Cook role is onsite in Surprise, AZ. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. The position is part of Culinary Operations and reports to the Head Chef or Sous Chef. The cook prepares ingredients and assembles menu items according to recipes, supporting efficient kitchen service and consistent food quality. The role also helps manage ingredients and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.

What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients according to standardized recipes
• assemble and portion ingredients for service
• stock and restock ingredients, supplies, and utensils
• monitor inventory and communicate shortages or excesses
• support chefs with mise en place
• follow sanitation and food-safety practices
• and assist with kitchen cleanup and equipment maintenance.
