What you'll do

• Analyze, develop, and implement electronic-file processing approaches
• consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI specifications
• review incoming and outgoing productions and report deficiencies
• perform advanced Relativity analytics
• create and troubleshoot Active Learning projects
• advise on technology options
• apply standard eDiscovery and litigation-support procedures
• create statistical reports
• track emerging technology and processes
• generate custom PowerShell scripts
• create and support Case Map and Text Map databases.

Why this role

Requires U.S. citizenship, an undergraduate degree, and at least five years of eDiscovery services and litigation-support experience on complex cases. Advanced Relativity and Active Learning experience and complex PowerShell scripting are required; law degree, technical certification, or graduate degree is strongly preferred. Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance is desirable.
