Senior Director, Provider Experience

What you'll do

• Develop frameworks and measures for provider experience and its impact on Oscar’s network
• advocate for provider experience internally and externally
• shape strategy and roadmap with cross-functional leaders
• lead simultaneous strategic projects and operationalize recommendations
• build relationships with subject-matter experts and functional leaders
• communicate findings and drive organizational change
• monitor healthcare market, vendor, regulatory, and competitor developments
• use data for insights, root-cause analysis, and ROI assessments
• recruit, lead, and develop a team
• comply with applicable laws and regulations.
