Registered Vascular Technologist — Diagnostic Sonography

The Registered Vascular Technologist role is onsite in Fresh Meadows, NY; compensation is $45–$58 per hour. Integra Vascular provides preventative vascular care, including early diagnosis and onsite care intended to reduce unnecessary wounds, hospitalizations, and patient travel. The technologist performs diagnostic sonography examinations under physician orders and established ultrasound protocols. Accurate imaging, documentation, patient safety, and collaboration with the healthcare team support clinical assessment and care.

What you'll do

• Prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment
• verify patient identity and review clinical information
• assess contraindications and patient readiness
• position patients and adjust equipment safely
• perform diagnostic sonography exams and acquire additional images as needed
• document exam limitations and findings, including incidental findings affecting safety or care
• protect patient privacy
• maintain equipment and collaborate with the healthcare team.
