What you'll do

• Lead, coach, recruit, and onboard instructors and studio leads
• manage daily studio operations, schedules, and facility standards
• resolve client concerns
• monitor memberships, utilization, retention, payroll, revenue, and expenses
• analyze KPIs and implement action plans
• build community partnerships
• provide business updates to ownership
• complete instructor training and teach an average of 6–8 classes weekly.
