What you'll do

• Complete advanced optical testing, including test setup, precision alignment, and measurements
• report findings to coating personnel
• calibrate lab equipment and maintain test hardware readiness
• help train newer technicians
• participate in developing and refining standard operating procedures
• perform other duties for coating production and engineering teams.
