What you'll do

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes
• label, date, and store food
• maintain a clean and sanitized prep area
• rotate stock using FIFO
• receive and store deliveries
• support dishwashing and line operations
• complete closing and side work
• and coordinate with the back-of-house team for smooth shift transitions.
