What you'll do

• Plan, organize, and lead recreational, social, and therapeutic activities
• encourage participation and adapt activities to residents’ interests, abilities, and needs
• support residents’ mental, emotional, and physical well-being
• assist with special events, group programs, and one-on-one activities
• document attendance and participation
• collaborate with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team.
