What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents, assess housing needs, and qualify applicants
• conduct property tours and highlight apartment features and amenities
• provide information about the local area
• prepare and process lease agreements and collect deposits
• monitor property conditions and coordinate repairs
• maintain available-unit listings and create vacancy advertisements
• participate in team meetings and training.
