What you'll do

• Support project managers and field teams
• assist with submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting notes, and project tracking
• review plans and specifications
• track schedules, materials, vendors, and field progress
• assist with estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and reporting
• communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field staff
• visit job sites as needed
• maintain project records.
