Retail Sales Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise sales associates
• train, coach, and motivate staff
• greet and assist customers
• resolve customer concerns
• communicate promotions and property amenities
• coordinate monthly inventory and delegate tasks
• complete sales transactions and maintain cash and POS registers
• assist with sales analysis, merchandising, replenishment, scheduling, performance reviews, and store housekeeping
• monitor inventory and operational controls
• maintain staffing levels.
