The role supports efficient kitchen and dining-area operations through food preparation, opening and closing tasks, and cooperation with team members.

What you'll do

• Label and stock ingredients
• measure ingredients and seasonings
• wash and chop vegetables, cut meat, and prepare other ingredients
• set up workstations
• store food and other items properly
• complete opening and closing checklists and duties
• maintain a clean and sanitary prep area
• assist with kitchen and dining-area cleaning as needed
• follow sanitation procedures and health regulations
• work cooperatively with team members.
