What you'll do

• Process ACH transactions, exceptions, and stop payments
• process debit and credit card programs, exceptions, and disputes
• process credit card payments
• enter card travel notifications
• monitor overdrawn accounts
• maintain active and closed accounts
• respond to bill-payment inquiries
• meet deadlines and process transactions accurately
• resolve disputes and reconciliation items within established timeframes.
