Description

Supervises and trains primary care providers (PCPs) in assigned center. Accountable for maximizing core model execution, including clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. Spends time on direct patient care and other clinical duties. Focuses on leadership responsibilities, including PCP performance, engagement, and building clinical-operations synergy and culture
