What you'll do

• Support sales opportunities and cost-estimate strategies
• prepare cost estimates and technical proposal sections
• inspect sites and assess existing conditions and construction risks
• develop conceptual designs and estimates
• prepare quantity take-offs and bid documents
• review bid analyses
• maintain project files and drawings in Procore
• prepare meeting agendas and notes.
