Physical Therapist (PT)

Assumes responsibility and accountability for the care of patients treated by Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy techs. Assesses patients' needs, identifies and initiates appropriate physical therapy interventions. Observes and evaluates treatment affect and accomplishment of goals, recommending changes to physicians as needed. Performs patient assessments and reassessments per policy.
