Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time Evenings, onsite in Driscoll, ND. Salary range is $19.00 - $25.50 per hour. This role provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance during evening shifts under the supervision of a registered nurse. The CNA will assist residents with basic health care needs and daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

What you'll do

• Serve as caregiver to residents during scheduled work periods in long-term care.
• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Deliver age-appropriate care related to physical and psychological needs.
• Follow infection prevention and control policies and Personal Protective Equipment use.
• Assist with basic health care needs including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, obtaining vital signs, and providing psychosocial support.
• Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking.
• Provide range of motion and passive exercises.
• Complete tasks related to food preparation and dining.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks.
• Aid providers and nursing staff members with procedures.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes.
• Communicate resident's changing condition to the charge nurse.
• Collect non-invasive body fluid specimens and gather vital signs.
• Provide housekeeping and laundry services.
• Assist with and document wellness and recreational programs.

What we're looking for

Education

High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.

Experience

Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
