What you'll do

• Follow recipes and menu cycles
• prepare nutritionally adequate meals in institutional quantities according to census and diet type
• serve meals at proper temperatures and times
• adjust quantities to resident needs
• maintain food substitutes for resident choices
• keep the work area clean and organized
• assist the Dietary Manager with inspections and state surveys
• follow infection-control procedures.
