What you'll do

• Anticipate guest needs
• process check-ins and check-outs
• verify billing
• create reservations and handle special requests
• provide information about the property and local attractions
• follow service recovery procedures
• use selling techniques and upsell rooms and amenities
• handle cash and financial transactions
• and maintain a clean, safe work area. The posting requires availability for 3 PM–11 PM shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
