Project Sourcing Manager

What you'll do

• Lead sourcing strategy and execution for capital equipment and laboratory infrastructure
• coordinate with cross-functional teams on requirements and timelines
• engage stakeholders in project planning and budgeting
• promote sourcing policies and supplier qualification
• develop and manage requests for quotations and proposals, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations
• execute master service agreements, statements of work, and purchase orders
• monitor supplier performance, delivery, and quality
• educate internal teams
• report sourcing status and risks
• support supplier quality audits with a quality lead.
