What you'll do

  • Greet visitors and manage sign-in, confidentiality agreements, and visitor badges
  • answer and redirect calls
  • prepare and maintain patient records
  • schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • direct patients to clinicians
  • facilitate patient payments and balance the cash drawer
  • verify Medicaid eligibility as needed
  • handle mail and packages
  • perform data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • order inventory as needed
  • coordinate with departments and support team members.
